OBJECTIVE

The Senior Manager of Digital Production will lead a team of advanced and entry-level engineers, producers and designers that are responsible for the creation of complex digital products and services across our Enterprise. They will manage all aspects of complex design, configuration and implementation of Enterprise Marketing's digital initiatives. This person will also lead, task plan and delegate, and mentor team members.

Successful candidates will have significant experience in enterprise digital production operations, including resource management, building capabilities, leveraging digital technologies in accordance with security measures, managing internal and external technology vendors, implementing processes to drive efficiency and delivering results in a complex environment with multiple cross-functional partners.

Awareness of and ability to lead effectively in an environment governed by compliance, privacy and accessibility is also essential. Strong cross-functional management skills are necessary to maximize effectiveness. This leader will also be responsible for supporting and managing in a growth environment while focusing on best practices in digital product development and technology integration/utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for short-term project planning to meet long-term goals. Works with Sr. Marketing leadership and other managers to meet goals and provide business solutions. Establishes the scope of projects, allocates the proper resources, and monitors the progress. Provides status updates to senior management.
  • Works with Sr. management and SLT across the enterprise to understand business plans and objectives. Researches best practices and executes plans for solutions to meet objectives.
  • Responsible for assessing talent, identifying gaps in talent, and identifying high performers. Provides development guidance, and provides opportunities for stretch roles to develop future leaders. Sets performance standards and holds team members accountable to standards.
  • Forecasts needed resources such as vendors, technologies, consultants, staffing needs, and training for the team to accomplish business objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the selection, and contract negotiation for vendors of services that are utilized.
  • In collaboration with Sr Operations leadership, will research, evaluate and recommend new delivery processes, platforms, products and services, and new software and hardware.
  • Recommend and plans use of new digital production systems and environments to improve overall operation of digital production and productivity of staff.
  • Ensure all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the most outstanding degree possible. Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently.
  • Manage and encourages new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations, design-thinking and empathy.
  • Empower the staff to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions.
  • Further enable a virtual work environment where appropriate that enhances teamwork, productivity, and engagement
  • Work closely with SMEs from business partner teams across our enterprise to maintain a high performing digital production ecosystem.
  • Assist in providing scope and cost for projects alongside Enterprise Marketing account leads.
  • Monitor and test system and tenant application performance for issues, identify possible solutions, and work with developers and administrators to implement those fixes. Manage existing portfolio of products and services to ensure optimal performance measures are maintained.

Qualifications should include:

  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in Digital, Communications, or Marketing preferred, 10+ years of relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of leadership/management experience supporting enterprise digital production and services. Leadership experience to include both project management responsibilities and responsibility for coordinating the efforts of others.
  • Experience guiding the team to reach solutions to complex problems; Mentors team members to be great problem solvers.

  • Experienced and able to analyze and research current and new technologies to enable our company.
  • Experience in developing creative solutions to address complex business situations that need our input.
  • Experience in developing and promoting digital talent for the group/team's needs.
  • Experience in prioritizing and leading team to execute short-term projects to meet long-term goals.
  • Experience creating, executing and adjusting a plan with a high degree of independence.
  • Experience in seeing beyond a current process, identifying process improvements and managing others through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies (i.e. customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, and lean six sigma / continuous improvement)
  • Must be willing to make recommendations and challenge upwards when appropriate for the best interest of the department and enterprise.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, as well as problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions.
  • Experience presenting to leadership as well as external clients and partners.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong strategy development and operational skills.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $105,800 - $176,300, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
