We are adding a Digital Marketing Product Manager to join our fast-paced, high-visibility Structural Heart (SH) Marketing Team with a specific focus on Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR). This minimally invasive, life-saving therapy is changing the treatment paradigm for patients with Severe Aortic Stenosis. Our team is charged with leading US focused downstream marketing initiatives that drive revenue and market share growth. In this role you will help align media strategy and content for the TAVR websites, social channels and serve as the US digital brand representative for all things US Downstream. Your responsibilities will include establishing digital strategies and tactics that will facilitate financial goals and partner with our cross functional partners on digital strategy and execution that ultimately drives overall portfolio revenue.

A Day in a Life:

You will partner closely with the field organization to drive commercial success:

  • Act as the SBU region subject matter expert, leveraging knowledge to support customer engagement, cross-functional decision making and broad-based structural heart business strategy.

  • Align with region to achieve global and local structural heart objectives, such as but not limited to revenue, portfolio strategy and program execution.

  • Apply deep understanding of digital marketing best practices to drive brand awareness and engagement for TAVR therapies.

  • Partner with other functions to develop and execute digital campaign strategies nad execution including websites, SEO, email marketing, keywords, social media etc. for TAVR products and therapies.

  • Support peer product managers in formulating digital strategy, preparing assets as needed for digital campaigns (images, videos etc.) and ensuring the team leverages digital media best practices.

  • Utilize appropriate analytics and tracking services to monitor and optimize performance, including customer engagement and customer experience.

    You will be responsible for leading key marketing initiatives and programs to help drive revenue and market share for the US TAVR business:

  • Ensure US TAVR Marketing initiatives are measured and reported to demonstrate effective execution

  • Monitor US TAVR competitive trends and activities

  • Lead US execution of competitive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Global Marketing team

  • Support development of the annual US TAVR marketing plan

  • Manage resourcing, timelines and budgets associated with projects in areas of responsibility

  • Represent products and programs at events and conventions

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and cross-functional partners within the Structural Heart organization and across Medtronic

  • Able to travel up to 35% of time

    Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience in a marketing, sales or customer facing role involving digital marketing (2 years with Advanced Degree)

  • Project management experience

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience including PowerPoint and Excel

    Nice to Haves:

  • MBA

  • Experience in medical device marketing or sales helpful

  • Program design and execution experience

  • Direct to Patient Marketing

  • Understanding of clinical publication methodologies and interpretation

  • Experience or exposure to using non-sales channel marketing, including the use of key opinion leaders, peer to peer education programs

  • Strong analytical skills
