An established acute care hospital located in sunny south Florida is now searching for an experienced Director of Case Management to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

The Director of Case Management will lead the daily operations and overall success of the care management, social worker, utilization review, physician, and indigent care departments. The Director will oversee a team of experienced Case Managers and Social Workers who are responsible or leading all care coordination operations. The Director is responsible for evaluating the patient care data to ensure accuracy and compliance, will seek out alternate treatments that balance clinical and financial concerns, works to enhance the quality of all patients lives, and works closely with system leaders and physician stakeholders.

Requirements Include:

• Licensed Registered Nurse RN or Clinical Social Worker


• Prior acute care hospital experience in care coordination


• 3-5 years of prior leadership experience highly preferred
