In this role, you will continue to build a strong technology culture and brand that attracts top talent. Work will include:
Proactively consult with leaders of all levels and associates to recommend HR strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes. Build a strategic workforce, talent and skills plan for that will enable the delivery of our long-term product plans. Ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing HR analytics, performance management, organizational design, communications, change management, talent assessment, leadership development and pipeline planning. Champion initiatives that help ADP attract and develop diverse tech talent and maintain an inclusive and engaging culture. Leverage/coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure that all major HR functions are delivered in a high quality, responsive and proactive manner.
