**Job Description:**



Candidate will be a part of the Regulatory and Cross-Global Markets Initiatives team within the Global Markets COO organization. Remit will include primarily supporting the implementation and ongoing BAU activities linked to global Privacy Regulations in addition to coordination and support of other end-to-end regulatory and/or strategic initiatives. In this capacity, the candidate will work closely with Compliance, Legal, Audit and numerous other support partners. The ideal candidate will have experience/knowledge of global privacy regulations, project management, working on complex initiatives, and developing control-oriented business processes.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Leading the implementation of new or updated privacy regulations for Global Markets

+ Managing BAU activities linked to ongoing compliance with privacy regulations and bank policies

+ Understanding Global Markets third party relationships (including vendors) and associated cross-border data transfers; familiarity with the bank Enterprise Data Transmission Standard

+ Help manage end-to-end regulatory and/or strategic initiatives, including building out initiative roadmaps/workplans and tracking progress

+ Coordinate across Global Markets businesses to ensure consistent approaches to new regulatory requirements and strategic initiatives

+ Escalate issues for senior management decisions where required and have the ability to influence senior executives

+ Amending or creating procedures, training guides, or other reference materials

+ Individual will need to be comfortable with data analysis to ensure the relevant pieces are being presented out / assessed against



**Competencies and Requirements**



+ Exposure to financial markets/products

+ Program/project management experience with demonstrated ability to build project roadmaps, manage several key stakeholders and take ownership for delivery

+ Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency

+ Strategic thinker and execution minded

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the poise to communicate with senior leaders

+ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

+ Ability to positively influence others, regardless of seniority, in order to achieve results

+ Able to adapt to changing business/regulatory environments

+ Excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple competing/concurrent activities

+ Ability to quickly understand project requirements and to deliver results with limited direction and supervision

+ Must be able to work well in collaborative team environment, but also independently
