DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Children's Programming is responsible for developing, producing and supervising WGBH multimedia productions for children and families. Children's Programming is committed to creating and delivering the highest quality content on television that engages children and enriches their lives with new learning experiences while providing valuable resources for their parents, caregivers, and families.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Diversity Consultant will design and facilitate an orientation and workshop for GBH staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct a pre-workshop meeting to determine key issues
• Design a customized workshop focused on team-building, honest feedback, and difficult conversations within intact teams, and create a workshop proposal
• Host and facilitate a two-hour interactive virtual session with GBH staff
• Provide slide presentation and summary of final feedback forms

EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
