Responsibilities:
The Documentation Specialist professional will have responsibilities including but not limited to:



  • Responsible for technical writing for IT Systems, Information Assurance, or Cybersecurity.

  • Generate and manage contractually required documentation including project plans, design and engineering plans, quality plans, and other required documents.

  • Interface at multiple layers of the program and organization ensuring effective communication.

  • Analyze, plan, evaluate and document.

  • Ensure proper documentation protocol and storage.

  • Organize and lead meetings with diver stakeholder groups.

  • Meet tight deadlines and ensure on-time deliverables.

  • Track multiple contractual deliverables.

  • Track metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

  • Develop, redline, and maintain all required documentation.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelors Degree preferred High School Diploma and equivalent experience and expertise may be substituted.

  • Minimum two years of technical writing for IT Systems, Information Assurance, or Cybersecurity.

  • Secret Clearance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Excel. Prefer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Project.

  • Experience with generating and managing contractually required documentation including project plans, design and engineering plans, quality plans, and other required documents on time with excellent quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Knowledge of analysis, planning, evaluation, and training techniques.

  • Knowledge of data and documentorganization and storage.

  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organized and process-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Ability to organize and lead meetings.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization, meet tight deadlines, and to work independently and productively.

  • Ability to track multiple contractual deliverables.

  • Interface with stakeholders to develop, redline, maintain required documentation.

Desired Qualifications:



  • 2-4 Years in technical writing support in IT, Cyber, IA environment preferred
