Dura-Line is growing fast, and we need some extra support in our People Team for the US.



We arecurrently hiring 2 Remote Contract HR Administrative Assistant to assist our HR managers at the manufacturing sites in USA & Canada.



M-F flexible 40 hours a week. Pay rate $18/hr-$22/hr DOE.





Main Responsibilities:



Pre-boarding Support/Process Maintenance Admin for all employees (hourly, salaried, contract/intern, internal moves/promotion for US & Canada)



  • For hourly only: upon selection works and extend conditional offer/acceptance

  • For all roles: initiates, tracks, and follows up to completion all pre-boarding activities on behalf of the PBP (People Business Partner)

  • Initiating/creating record in Pre-employment drug test and/or background screen

  • Creates communication process to share status with PBP/Recruiter

  • Adds/maintains initial employee record in SuccessFactors and Ceridian/Dayforce

  • Adjudicate and follow up with new hire on required information

  • Once final/clear, send and collect all new hire employee paperwork



HRIS support Admin



  • Performing data audits (standard work established)

  • Create dashboards (for digital upload)

  • HRIS configuration testing and documentation of communication/training materials & guides

  • Document administrative processes and guidelines for Employee experience processes and Back office administration



Qualifications:



  • We need a driven & proactive individual with outstanding attention to detail, that is comfortable working in a multi-site fast-paced environment.

  • Must be organized with great project management skills to be able to keep track and formultiple tasks/request and work with multiple cross-functional teams across the US/Canada.

  • A 3-5 years in human resources as generalist, onsite HR manager, onboarding specialist, administrative supporting various business partners and HR departments (benefits, compensation, talent acquisition and development, preboarding, onboarding, orientation, etc) in a process-driven company, manufacturing and/or staffing recruitment is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with cross-functional remote global teams

  • Computer savvy: including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Must have intermediate to expert level of excel and able to manage data. HRIS systems like (DayForce HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, standard work instructions is preferred

  • Technical writing skills (developing training documentation); Data management and data auditing experience
