Fitch's Human Resources function supports Fitch Group a client group currently comprising a headcount of just over 4,500. We provide a service in line with a business partner model, with a specialist teams dedicated to Learning & Development and Recruitment. The HR team is located in regional hubs in London, New York, Chicago and Singapore. The Chief HR Officer is based in London and is a member of the Fitch Group Executive, reporting to the CEO.

The Global Talent Team is responsible for talent management, learning & development (L&D), early talent and diverse talent development programming, and supports all staff across Fitch Group. The Talent team is split between Fitch's London and New York offices, and reports to the Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Programs.


Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Programs (GHTP), the ETP Manager is a newly created role that will manage Fitch Group's growing portfolio of campus and graduate training programs and activities. Working with the GHTP to develop and implement programs that attract, develop and retain a sustainable pipeline of diverse and high-quality pool of junior talent is the key focus of the job, in addition to partnering with our Talent Acquisition partners to enable an aligning campus recruitment brand and candidate pool. This role also works closely with senior stakeholders, business partners and talent/learning development colleagues to develop best in class graduate services for early career program participants.


  • Design and execute Early Talent strategy and plan that aligns with Fitch Group's growth and business strategy
  • Create framework to analyze business case for introducing new pipeline programs and evaluate appropriate scale for each business unit. This will require working with HRBPs and the business stakeholders to work through rationale.
  • Scoping business and learning requirements for new programs and designing and building program content, infrastructure and processes accordingly. Conducting ongoing evaluation and adjustment of existing programs.
  • Ensuring that diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded in all program strategy elements and management.

  • Finding areas of agreement and balancing competing needs is needed to progress objectives of the program.

  • Accountable for end-to-end management of our interns' (who are part of our early talent pipeline programs) and graduates' experiences within Fitch including orientation programming, training curricula, performance reviews, promotion process, rotations and internal mobility.
  • Utilize data to analyze progress, evaluate program components, retention, size & scale and other performance metrics.
  • Work with team to ensure smooth onboarding and all related intake actions (rotation/group assignments, manager/ mentor alignment, securing all necessary tools and resources, communicating all necessary information to managers, program participants & other relevant stakeholders).


  • Serving as a Fitch "culture carrier" and providing hands-on and individualized support for all program participants so each one has what he/she/they needs to succeed at Fitch.
  • Responsible, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team, for helping to plan the marketing strategy for the Fitch Early Talent brand externally, on campus, including driving engagement and interest through campus information sessions, and other events such as our "Fitch Extra Credit" diversity events.


  • Manage global team (currently ET Associate (US), ET Senior Associate (UK), (team likely to grow in future) to administer all aspects of the programs seamlessly and with impact.
  • These will include setting up systems and processes for include scheduling, communications, logistics, materials, reports, program queries and implementing and collating and analyzing feedback.
  • Organize and harmonize global activity to ensure we are realizing benefits of working as a global team function.
  • Motivate team to maximize impact and results


  • 6+ years previous experience working in a Talent, Campus, Learning and/or HR Business Partner role
  • Bachelors degree required
  • People/Team management experience in a global organization
  • Proven track record of rigorous planning and organizational skills, and working effectively under deadline pressure
  • Comfort with leading meetings (in person and virtual) for maximum engagement and motivation
  • Ability to show initiative, critical thinking, reasoning and problem solving
  • Be able to prioritize and work on multiple large and small activities simultaneously
  • Demonstrate exceptional client service orientation and collaboration working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable leveraging data and Excel to analyze program successes and opportunities for growth
  • Ensure programs are inclusive and reflect Fitch's commitment to DEI
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Fitch is working on a hybrid/flex model, 3 days in office, two of which are predetermined as anchor days with your team (Talent Team anchor days: Weds, Thurs). Working in office is always driven by business needs, and there will be peak times that additional in office requirements are necessary to support the programming being delivered.
