The Global Digital and Social Media team at Medtronic is hiring an Employee Advocacy Program Manager who is passionate about social media and employee engagement. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has proven experience in the employee advocacy space and is looking for their next opportunity to build a best-in-class program.
You will be responsible for overall program management and growth of the employee advocacy program at Medtronic. This center-lead role will have the opportunity to build on a newly launched program at Medtronic, working closely with regional and functional teams to craft a program that is impactful across the organization.

A Day in the Life
In charge of the program's vision, management, and success
Responsible for program growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to advance the areas of recruitment, content, and engagement efforts
Manage program content calendar & coordination, partnering with corporate marketing and content leads for the development and execution of content
Support the content process for the program to ensure proper compliance and quality assurance
Lead content distribution and organization in enterprise employee advocacy tool
Own employee advocacy tool operations and be the main point of contact for vendor relations. This includes managing tool workflows, admin settings, and supporting integrations.
Be in charge of user maintenance in the tool/program and support in troubleshooting issues
Establish training cadence for program across user base, in addition to identifying new opportunities for user interaction & engagement
Work closely with analytics team to support the measurement of content and program success. Responsible for identifying areas of optimization
Present to leadership and functional teams on strategy, frameworks, best practices, processes, and key learnings
Stay up to date on healthcare trends -- bring forward new ideas to evolve storytelling efforts

Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of professional experience leading an employee advocacy program/program management or advanced degree and 3+ years of experience

Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Deep understanding of employee advocacy tools and tool management
Experience with Dynamic Signal
Healthcare experience
In-depth knowledge and understanding of current and emerging social media platforms and the details that go into making compelling social media content for employee advocacy programs
Highly organized and focused. Skilled at crafting structures and operational processes to ensure consistent, repeatable outcomes
