Job Description:

Supporting the HR Engagement and Communications teams. , the Engagement Coordinator will support HR programs on property. The Coordinator will work in partnership with property divisions, HR Engagement Advisors, and Employee Relations and Labor Relations Advisors to coordinate high impact practices and programs designed to maximize performance and results via a consistent and meaningful employee experience.

Requirements

  • 1 + year of professional work experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, entertainment or other consumer-driven service business is required.
  • An undergraduate degree is required for this position.
  • A "whiz" with Microsoft office programs.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.
  • Ability to project-manage and support multiple executives with varied timelines.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Utilize and leverage communication platform to foster understanding and alignment across the workforce to the business objectives and the achievement of required results.
  • Assist with the development and enhancement of progressive customer service standards to ensure outstanding internal and external service performance.
  • Partner with department managers and supervisors to Inspire best practice leadership competencies.
  • Utilize employee and supervisor feedback surveys to strategically modify engagement planning to target high-impact areas.
  • Coordinate with the LV Regional Staffing and Training teams to ensure talent is scheduled and screened by appropriate on-property executives.
  • Analyze department EOS/SFS data to provide real-time feedback and provide insight for the promotion and development key supervisors and managers.
  • Ensure that specified departments receive communication that clearly outlines performance expectations to drive engagement on property.
  • Track and provide feedback on Engagement plans and their impact on key strategic pillars.
  • Establish credibility with management and employees in order to be an effective influencer in the business.
