**Job Description:**
**Third Party Distribution (3PD)**
The Americas 3PD team covers investor clients including Banks, Broker dealers, RIAs, Wire houses, Private Banks, Wealth Managers, Asset Managers and others for structured products linked to equity and hybrid product as well as cross-asset risk products.
This is a role that will entail client facing responsibilities that require ability to price derivative structures, and a high degree of competence with clients around executing trades, marketing ideas and helping to initiate transactions. Strong analytical skills are required and an understanding of the markets is essential. As the AMRS 3PD business is a new business (in its 4th year), the team also spends quite a bit of time on platform development including automating pricing, booking and documentation. Thus, a familiarity with programming, middle office/back technology or process control experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a preference of2years+ experience in derivatives/structured notes or related fields
Client facing sales experience
Familiarity with Exotic Payouts
Familiarity with middle office/back office systems
Process engineering experience
Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
Aptitude in Programming / Data Science
Technology Skills / Strong desire and ability to drive efficiencies
Creative in Problem Solving / Idea Generation
Works Well across Business Lines
Excellent Partnership and Communication Skills
