The Chemical and Petroleum Engineering department at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering is seeking a qualified Executive Assistant and Post-Award Administrator. The Executive Assistant/Post-Award Administrator should be highly motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects. Incumbent must have experience working with a MAC PC or be willing to learn how to use it and MS Outlook, Word, Excel, EndNote, Adobe Acrobat, Purchasing software & other software applications as needed. Prior experience with post-award management for Federal and industrial grants is required. Prior experience with preparation and submission of Federal and industrial grants, preparation of reports, manuscripts and prior business office experience desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and 3-5 years of experience within the University system are preferred.Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience. Accounting experience necessary. Computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
