Executive Assistant to White House Executives

Responsibilities

Join Peraton in providing executive conference room management support to the White House Situation Support Staff. Monitor and maintain physical security of the secure conference facilities. Support meetings chaired by White House executives and staff. Ensure conference rooms are managed in accordance with the protocol for executive-level meetings in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Serve as a Customer Service Representative to users of secure conference facilities. Manage the scheduling process, provide access to the conference rooms, and direct the flow of meeting participants.


Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • At least three (3) years experience of executive/administrative assistance support in government environments in support of senior management or executives.
