- Provide legal support to equity derivatives sales and structuring teams and structured products teams
- Prepare, negotiate and execute a variety of agreements related to structured products, including ISDA confirmations, licensing agreements, NDAs, pricing agreements
- Advise on product related disclosure issues
- Advise business partners in the business teams on regulatory and other general legal matters relating to structured products, including, but not limited to, 33 Act issues.
- Collaborate with global structured products and equity derivatives teams on cross-border transactions and issues
- Facilitate and manage the development of new products and new platforms
- Build approach of getting-it-right-first-time and encourage a behavior of improvement.
You Offer

- Equivalent experience of at least 4-8 years with capital markets or equity derivatives experience in a law firm and/or in a broker-dealer.
- Law degree from an accredited law school in the United States
- Member in good standing of the New York Bar
- Knowledge of the 33 Act is required!
- Proven understanding of Title VII of the Dodd Frank Act regulations and Investment Advisers Act preferred!
- Knowledgeable about equity derivative products and ISDA documentation
- Phenomenal teammate with an eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
