What are we looking for?

• 8+ years of diversified financial management experience, including strategy, forecasting, process ownership, planning, and line management responsibilities.
• Experience in functional areas other than finance or relevant business experience.
• Demonstrated analytical and insights capabilities
• Demonstrated skill in written and presentation communications
• Consulting, Investment, or Technology Leadership experience a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop strategic partnership with the SRO team, region/market process owners, region/market finance leads through focus on understanding opportunities to reduce complexity in service of value creation, efficiency in outcome delivery, and/or Associate engagement
• Lead all strategic finance aspects of the global Driving Simplicity transformation program
• Provide a strategic finance perspective to shape and guide the Driving Simplicity program's focus towards areas of complexity with greatest opportunity for value creation, efficiency in outcome delivery, and/or Associate engagement
• Manage and drive accountability with external consultancy partners
• Partner with SRO and the local organization to support and develop improved processes and best practices to evaluate program effectiveness
• Partner with MW and MVA FP&A to effectively communicate investment ROI of Driving Simplicity including tangible and more ambiguous measures of value creation (e.g., Associate Engagement, Data Integrity)
• Establish and drive digital tools/reporting and a value creation mindset within the local Sales/channel organization
• Lead ad-hoc financial evaluation and strategic recommendations
• Ownership of project budget and connection points to adjacent programs
