Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst - Residuals position is a new opportunity to support a private equity-backed payments services company based in Dallas, TX. The Company is seeking a finance professional to support the expanding residual/commission function within the organization. This person will support end-to-end residual functionality as well as work closely with Sales, IT, HR and Finance team members to ensure accurate and timely payments to internal and external sales partners. The primary responsibilities include compensation plan setups, data extraction and manipulation, variance analysis, residual reporting and payment processing.
