A&M Financial Services (FIAS) has assembled the right team, with proven professionals who bring interdisciplinary expertise and much needed tactical and strategic skills, to help financial institutions address these challenging times, as well as prepare to minimize economic and regulatory challenges.

A&M FIAS has a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development. We are now expanding our French FIAS team and we are looking for ambitious Interns to be based in Paris and work across the European team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn more about financial services advisory and become involved in a 'hands-on' team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Join a growing team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people with a truly entrepreneurial spirit
  • Gain experience in Financial services advisory
  • Gain exposure to Financial institutions network such as banks, insurance, mortgage companies
  • We operate as a European team and the individual will also gain insight to project in the UK and other countries (Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, etc).

The main tasks will include:

  • Work very closely with our senior management and support the business growth
  • Structure and carry out essential research and Financial intuitions market analysis
  • Performing research on potential targets and helping prepare "points of view" documents on such targets
  • Support the commercial activity, preparation for client pitches
  • Assisting in managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting Financial Institutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent business level English and French is essential. Additional European language skills including Dutch, German, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
  • Strong interest in a career within Financial Services
