Primary Job Functions:

Job Description Summary:

  • Leads multiple Analyst-level associates in assembly of actuals, forecasts, budgets, and plans for covered businesses or functions
  • Works with operational leads in support of their functional area providing quantitative & strategic analysis, reporting and financial direction on operational goals.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and proactively addresses complex financial modeling.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, finance, Accounting, Economics, ore related field required
  • Masters Degree in Business, Finance, accounting, or related field preferred
  • 12 years of business related (preferably Finance/Accounting) experience.
  • Manufacturing experience desired
  • Multinational location organization, preferred

  • Deliver complex analysis and presentation materials on time and at a level of quality appropriate for senior executives
  • Experience preparing and consolidating monthly and annual forecasts, desired

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the team (Teams goal setting, GPS review & manage staff motivation/issues/ training requirements).
  • Drive the analyst team to achieve common goal/objectives ;
  • Play the advisory role to Site senior management in term of steering them into right cost path , spending pattern , and ensure ad hoc analysis meet Site and FS Senior management aspiration
  • Work closely with Site Senior Management to drive cost reduction program and CPW objective and ensure clear reporting on cost/spending actual versus forecast ;
  • Act as bridge between Site Senior management and BU FP &A to ensure mutual objective is achieved ;
  • Ensure Site P&L and Balance Sheet are free of misstatement error and all the trends/abnormalities are well research and explained ;
  • Delivery of Financial Close Deck seamlessly ( no major queries from Corp ) and timely
  • Manage the closing activities and financial forecasting process for the companys Module business, including development of the AOP, monthly forecast and long-term plan
  • Ensure that the systems, tools and processes used to develop these products are adequate to both the near-term and long-term business requirement

Reporting Relationships:

  • This position report to the FP&A Director with dot line with Manufacturing Plant Manager
  • This position will manage a team of 2 to 3 analysts

Travel:

  • Minimum travel require < 10%
