Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace company, has openings for Front Desk/Customer Service Representatives. We are looking for customer facing and service-oriented candidates to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. They will be providing phone and in-person support to customers, staff, department and management. The ideal candidates must have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They must have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. They must be a fast learner, have exceptional organizational skills and excellent attendance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills.


• Answering all incoming calls.


• Provides service to all walk-in and phone customers.


• Provides administrative support.


• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Must have a minimum of one to two years of experience working at the front desk or as a Receptionist.


• Retail experience is helpful.


• Must have a minimum of one to two years of providing excellent customer service.


• Must have good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.


• Must have very good phone etiquette.


• Must be dependable, excellent attendance.


• Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.


• Must have good time management skills; have exceptional organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task.


• Must be a fast learner and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.


• Must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


• Available work schedules include Tuesday-Saturday 9:00 am-6:00 pm working 8:00 am-4:00 pm on Saturday and Monday-Friday 9:00 am-6:00 pm!
