JOB DESCRIPTIONSinclair is seeking an individual to provide accounting and finance support to Digital Remedy. Digital Remedy is a performance marketing and technology company that provides cross-channel solutions for brands and agencies, focusing on delivering specific business outcomes like sales or website visits, not just vanity metrics. It offers services such as media planning, activation, execution, campaign optimization, and analytics, leveraging technology to improve results. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager contributes to the overall success of the division by performing essential accounting activity, including, but not limited to:
- Performing essential duties for month end close (journal entries, allocations, accruals, etc.)
- Monthly preparation and distribution of department expense analyses and completion of budget/forecast to actual variances.
- Prepare cost analyses and measure performance for various verticals and initiatives.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Create and maintain accounting processes and files for Digital Remedy's various revenue streams.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for a 2+ year span.
- Perform in-depth analyses and modeling for existing and upcoming revenue streams.
- Assist with coding invoices, and coordinate with Accounts Payable and outside vendors to ensure expenses are recorded and paid accurately and timely.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with dept heads and corporate department heads by responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Five years' experience in accounting industry
- Working knowledge of the general ledger, financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Desire and ability to work in a team environment and communicate well with others
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Oracle Knowledge preferred
- Prior Digital experience a plus

The base salary compensation range for this role is $86,000 to $115,000 Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
