The Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of factoring and Asset Based Lending clients, ensuring smooth processing of receivables, addressing client needs, and mitigating risk. This role requires financial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy environment.
Requirements
1.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
2.Address client inquiries regarding receivables, advances, payments, and account status.
3.Process funding requests and ensure timely release of advances based on factored invoices or borrowing bases.
4.Adequately explain pricing and funding calculations to clients.
5.Perform client account receivable audits to document the viability of purchased account receivable invoices to include confirmation of acceptable purchase orders, accurate invoice details and customer/debtor acceptance of the goods or services provided.
6.Flag and address risks such as concentration, disputes, dilution or slow-paying customers.
7.Assist business development team with onboarding new clients.
8.Follow applicable state & federal laws and regulations.
