NASCAR seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Technician to support the safety, reliability, and presentation of our company aircraft based in Daytona Beach, Florida.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our aviation operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Participate in NASCAR’s Safety Management System and daily risk assessment processes
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, alterations, and preventative maintenance in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Parts 43 and 91
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Coordinate and monitor aircraft fueling and fuel loads
• Maintain aircraft interiors and exteriors to professional standards
• Support aircraft deployment and recovery at NASCAR facilities
• Maintain hangar facilities, grounds, and ground support equipment
• Tow, park, and secure company and transient aircraft
• Handle and store hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate aircraft logbooks and maintenance records

Requirements

Required skills / experience:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
• 4+ years of related aircraft maintenance experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Inspection Authorization (IA) Certificate (FAA 65.95) preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a safety-critical environment
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for training, inspections, refurbishments, and company events
