St. Peters Health Partners is offering a new hospital-employed Weekend Track Cardiologist opportunity. This role is ideal for Cardiologists seeking a more balanced lifestyle while maintaining the security of full-time employment and benefits. Youll provide inpatient-only weekend coverage and enjoy greater flexibility during the weekdays. Position Highlights:
- Join a collaborative team of over 25 cardiologists and advanced practitioners
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY

- Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hour shifts)
- Includes inpatient rounding and consultative cardiology services at Ellis Hospital
- Access to a full spectrum of cardiology services including echo, vascular, nuclear, and structural heart programs

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:
- Year 1: $550,000 base salary guarantee
- Year 2: $600,000 base salary guarantee
- Year 3: $650,000 base salary guarantee
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
- Starting Bonus: $75,000
- Retention Bonus: $25,000 at 2-year anniversary
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000 (for candidates residing more than 50 miles outside the NY Capital Region)
