• 9 ORs
  
• Average annual case volume 14,000
  
• Case mix is general surgery, ortho, GYN, pain, ophthalmology, GI/endo, cath lab
  
• No OB, no trauma
  
• Regional Blocks (experience preferred)
  
• After hours call is remote from home
  
• Care Team Model: 17 FT physicians and 6 CRNAs
