eventPower is seeking an Account Executive to join our team of meeting planning professionals to drive exhibit, sponsor, and advertising sales revenue for various conferences, trade shows, and events across different industries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Utilize a consultative sales process to develop relationships and understand the client's business needs and objectives and who they are looking to target

  • Contact existing clients and prospects to drive new business

  • Assist in building and managing a database of leads

  • Maintain exceptional prospecting and sales activities to achieve all quotas and performance goals consistently

  • Increase exhibit, sponsorship, and advertising revenue on assigned accounts

  • Recommend new advertising, marketing, sponsorship, and exhibit opportunities

  • Proactively contact and engage with potential exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers on the benefits of supporting various conferences and events

  • Ability to sell multiple events simultaneously and cross-sell between products

  • Comfortable with CRM technology and other software tools 

  • Travel as necessary to prospect for new business, meet sales goals as well as to support eventPower events

  • Other activities as assigned 


  • 2+ years of sales experience - exhibit, sponsor, and advertising sales a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience with HubSpot a plus

  • Comfortable with cold calling

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team in a remote work environment  

  • Excellent teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills

  • A team player with a “can-do” positive attitude

  • Flexible, adaptive attitude
