Primary Function of Position:

The Endoluminal Market Development Representative will work with the Endoluminal Sales Director to build and execute key market strategies that will accelerate the adoption of ION technology in a defined area. You will work across teams to identify market needs and resources required to drive incremental new customer growth. You will also play a pivotal role in building ION physician advocates through expert level clinical validation activities. You must have a strong history of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicating at a high-level and

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop new and creative market specific strategies that drives peer to peer engagements and accelerates market momentum

Collaborate across teams to maximize impact of activities

Effectively utilize market data, KOL's and Intuitive resources to increase market awareness

Execute on driving new customers to ION through focused clinical validation activities

Develop strong relationships with KOL's that will accelerate ION's footprint

Teach and scale best practices across regions

Extensive travel required

Performance Objectives:

Work with the Endoluminal Sales Director and Managers to develop a market plan for the defined territory that expands the current base sales metrics per ESM territory.

Grow ION market share across key markets

Build new local KOL's
Qualifications
Skills, Experience, Education, & Training

Qualifications Required:

Medical sales experience

Knowledge of the endoscopy/bronchoscopy/operating room environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer literate

Qualifications Preferred:

Capital medical equipment sales
