Main Responsibilities

  • Lead product manager for GCS services business. Focused on traditional product marketing functions for all services revenue sources including maintenance contracts, Transactional T&M services (spare parts, consumables, labor), Installations, year 1 preventative maintenance, and training. This includes service product definition, pricing & discount management, promotions, sales channels and programs, marketing, communications.
  • Defines strategy and establishes partnerships with key functions within and outside GCS to manage the portfolio of service products, which complements 3DSystems solutions: Hardware + Materials + Software + Services, maximizing customer's success, optimum TCO and increasing profitable revenue for 3D Systems.
  • Gather competitive analysis to ensure the portfolio is priced effectively and we exploit our competitive advantages to drive revenue grown, market share growth, and profit growth.
  • Key internal constituents include

    • Regional GCS teams
    • Sales (Hardware, Materials and Software teams. Direct and partner channels)
    • Other product marketing teams/resources, segment management, marketing
    • Sales Ops & Order Management
    • Finance

  • Engages with all hardware/software PLC/NPI initiatives to ensure new products launched include a comprehensive set of value-add services; includes legacy and near-EOSL products' Services
  • This role will be heavily involved in maintaining existing portfolio and creating incremental growth service offerings which will enable 3D Systems guide customer along additive manufacturing journey (Consult - Implement - Support)
  • Utilize segmented service P&L results to drive revenue growth and margin improvement initiatives into the GCS operating model.
job Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in Industrial product businesses with significant aftermarket businesses
  • Ability to lead and influence within GCS organization as well as key constituent groups
  • Demonstrated passion for customers' success
  • Proven strength in analytical skills, business and financial acumen.
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional constituents
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at all levels with customers, partners and internal 3D Systems organization

Related activities

  • Executive communications support to GCS leaders
  • Training content and delivery of services products and programs, both internally and externally with partners.
  • Engagement in systems projects and processes related to customer to cash processes for the services business. Develop working knowledge of salesforce, servicemax, and Oracle to support services business management processes.
  • Close engagement with leader of hardware, materials, and software product management team.
