Equifax is seeking to hire a Global Program Manager - Identity & Fraud to join our team in our corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA. This individual will need to work independently and/or effectively with diverse, cross cultural teams and negotiate and influence key personnel across multiple business units and geographies, while influencing positive change through awareness, understanding, acceptance and engagement. Work with leadership and other cross functional teams to ensure priorities are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization and enhanced cross divisional coordination
Design, plan, communicate internally, while managing risk, establishing and ensuring execution on time, within budget
Ensure the work is being performed according to required quality standards, and changes are managed appropriately
Assure proper program management processes, discipline and operational rigor.
Specific activities will include: deliverables acceptance, integrated roadmap management, dependency management, communication planning, scope & change control, risks & issues management, knowledge management
Continued follow-up with project teams to perform proper assessment and measurement through well established KPIs, ensure goals are clear and best practices are being applied;
7+ years experience in project/program management with a proven ability to manage complex projects and programs in related industry
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a FinTech environment
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
Experience in the Identity and Fraud industry and digital transformation programs would be a plus
Having worked for other competitors in the industry
Masters degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating with all levels of an organization with demonstrated ability to influence others
