**Job Description:**
The Business Strategy and Initiatives Manager acts as an objective advisor to Enterprise, LOB and/or ECF Compliance leaders. Functions that are managed may include: financial oversight & integration, compliance process oversight, staffing process execution, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, SPOC control, workplace management and communication. The Business Strategy and Initiatives Manager drives execution of key strategic initiatives. This role leads reporting and analytical efforts and leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards The Business Strategy and Initiatives Manager executes business/strategic planning process within Enterprise, LOB or ECF Compliance functions. This role may contribute as a manager responsible for providing leadership direction to attract, assess, develop, motivate and retain a small team, or may act as an individual contributor.
The Business Strategy and Initiative Manager will support GT&GO Compliance and Operational Risk business controls and operations. Responsibilities may include financial oversight and integration, process oversight, staffing process execution, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, span of control and workplace management and communication. The Business Strategy and Initiative Manager may also help drive the execution of key strategic initiatives. This role drives reporting and analytical efforts and leads the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of day to day operations.

Required Qualifications:
Ability to manage a project from beginning to end
Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaboration and influencing skills
Strong partnership and relationship management skills
Ability to work across functions and organizational lines/levels; strategic, logical, and creative thinker with an ability to translate strategy into effective presentations and display an understanding of Global Compliance and Operational Risk business and emerging risk trends
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
Strong and proven ability to deliver results through influence and leadership rather than formal authority
Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
Ability to crisply define and communicate concepts and tailor messaging to audiences appropriately
