ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for checking spa guests in & out.
  • Making reservations for services.
  • Needs to be knowledgeable of other departments services etc.
  • Sales of spa and salon merchandise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reception desk and/or salon/spa experience preferred.
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, friendly, outgoing and have excellent communication skills

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

  • Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for a long period of time (up to an average 8 hour shift).

Responsible for the reception area of the salon, spa, and fitness center. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding salon/spa services and booking all appointments.
