Join us as a Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President, partnering with the leadership team to provide dedicated HR strategic coverage. This role is a direct report to the Head of HR for Equities, Credit and Global Trading Solutions in the US. In this position you will be responsible for executing and ensuring Human Capital initiatives are aligned with the divisional strategy. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee development and retention, deployment, promotion and compensation processes, as well as employee engagement initiatives. You will need to be well versed in all HR policies and procedures and applicable employment law in order to anticipate and resolve employee relations matters in a timely manner. To be successful, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with HR colleagues and subject matter specialists, in order to deliver the full slate of HR services including but not limited to recruitment, compensation, benefits, talent development, diversity and inclusion, immigration/visa processing, international assignments, promotions, performance management, mobility, terminations, employee onboarding and off-boarding activities.

    We are looking for an applicant with an undergraduate degree is essential, Master's degree a plus. Someone who has proven experience of 6-10 years of Human Resources must be within the Financial Services Industry.

    • Proven organization skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate optimally at all levels with presentation skills as well as the ability to deliver a difficult message with confidence.
    • Analytical and persuasion skills combined with the confidence and flexibility to work with all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work in partnership with SME's and support areas to deliver one comprehensive HR model to our clients.
    • Proficiency in analyzing human capital data to identify business improvement opportunities.
    • Ability to understand business strategy and HR implications.
    • An individual who thinks independently to get results and creatively solve problems that address business challenges, requiring innovative thinking and the ability to challenge the status quo.
    • Has the ability to build a trusted advisor relationships while coaching, evaluating, motivating and directing employees and managers to meet desired objectives.
    • Exercises a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
    • Displays a level of professionalism in accordance with the firm's Cultural Values, protecting the reputation of the bank and knowing when and how to raise issues of importance.
