TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:ROP) is seeking full-time Image Review Specialists to join our team based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary: This position will perform quality assurance checks on images processed through manual review and by the optical character recognition software. The Image Review Specialist will ensure accuracy, reduce lost revenue due to incorrect identification/void and suggest process improvements. The position is a full time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Review all images voided during image review to capture any potential lost revenue

  • Review images identified by CSR to identify training issues and maximize revenue

  • Review images identified by OCR to suggest possible OCR enhancements

  • Monitor images to report any possible lane/camera issues

  • Perform miscellaneous tasks, as needed, including training, customer service, appeals, etc.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
