Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide support to current sales managers. The Sales Team Lead will assume manager responsibilities when the manager is unavailable. The Sales Team Lead will also exceed with maintaining efficient lead management and follow-up, communicating with clients regularly about new product offerings and promotions, and meeting established sales goals while creating the best customer experience for the client.
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to consistently meet and/or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
Must perform all Program Advisor duties
Assist with onboarding new hires
Assist with training and mentoring
Will assume manger responsibilities when needed
Job Specifications:
Must be a Program Advisor for at least 12 months
Must average a minimum of 95% for previous 12 months
Must have an overall Meets or Exceeds in Performance Goals
Overall Role Model or Consistently in values with no Sometimes at time of promotion
Fluent with systems and products
Current with all assigned trainings
Skills & Abilities:
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Technical aptitude
Excellent collaboration, teamwork and internal and external customer service skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous leadership experience preferred
Other Requirements (Travel, Shifts, Physical Demands, etc.):
Some travel required. May include international travel
Must be onsite in Chandler office
