Internal Quality Specialist (Remote Opportunity)





Accountabilities



  • Responsible for utilizing data software and reports to monitor and track task management throughout operational departments.

  • Interpret data, analyze results using techniques to creates reports for internal teams; utilizes scorecards, graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.

  • Works closely with the appropriate staff to establish, maintain, and monitor performance measurement for Operations.

  • Prepares and provides on a routine basis, quality and individualized and team task management summaries to supervisors and leadership.

  • Provides guidance and expertise to drive project teams and see continuous quality improvement and results.

  • Responsible for tracking and trending data and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Ability to provide exceptional communication, organizational, facilitation skills and a strong team ethic is a must; ability to support and influence a team environment.

Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree required.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.

  • CPHQ preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities



  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner under hectic and changing conditions.

  • Strong critical thinking skills necessary.

  • Strongwith the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • MS Office skills and experience using healthcare software systems and databases required, including the use of pivot tables, Visio/process maps, etc.

Experience



  • 3 or more years of continuous quality improvement experience, with an emphasis on performance measurement systems.

  • 1-2 years experience leading improvement teams, project management and/or continuous improvement activities.

  • Experience with analyzing data.

  • Project management experience preferred.
