About The Role:

Caesars Entertainment is looking for an Internal Relations Account Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our internal agency's Account Team. The Internal Relations Account Supervisor will work closely with the Account Service Manager to regularly evaluate and improve the performance and process of the Caesars Entertainment Account Team. They generate documentation of existing processes and improvements and continuously educate and empower the Account Team to drive impeccable results for our clients. They arrive at the big picture by assembling data and studying ways to improve it using steps to increase productivity and drive necessary changes to other aspects of the process.

Your goal will be to ensure high-quality service for our clients and that our account department runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating documentation for training/continuous improvement for Account Executives and Account Specialist
  • Partnering with External Account Supervisor in identifying training needs of staff on brands, programs, consumer engagement, and execution excellence based on client feedback
  • Creating a detailed onboarding plan for new Account Executives and Account Specialist
  • Overseeing day-to-day of Account Executive and Account Specialist Team
  • Cross-collaborating with internal Team Members to ensure consensus around tactics' scope and approach, building meaningful connections and having accountability for the effectiveness of their team's engagements
  • Partnering with Internal Relations Account Supervisor in identifying and communicating Account Services red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk
  • Acting as \"champion\" of the team and ensuring that the team members are motivated, engaged and working to potential and proactively give team members feedback
  • Setting the bar for the team as it pertains to personal drive, work quality and relationship management; encouraging the team to think and work differently
  • Analyzing and ensuring the execution of Key Account Plans
  • Keeping Leadership appropriately involved and informed on all major aspects

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an account supervisor
  • Great project management and organizational skills
  • Anticipates and proactively addresses challenges/issues
  • Leads by example
  • Possess good strategic thinking
  • Familiar with reporting and budgeting
  • Sound knowledge of marketing and advertising
  • Familiar with MS Office and social networks
  • Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Ability to manage up
  • BA or relevant experience in Marketing or a related field
