Position Title: IT Director, Client Side Services
Reporting to: Sr. Director, Delivery (TechOps)
Description
Were looking for a passionate Director over our Client Side in our TechOps Delivery organisation to help us plan, manage and deliver modern services and infrastructure for the entire company.
The Client Side Director role will have accountability over the teams and the delivery in our Workplace services (End User Compute, M365, O365, Print & Fax, Telephony) and Identity Access Management (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, PAM, SAML etc.) domains. As such the successful candidate should have a broad, high-level understanding of these domain areas.
The Client Side Director role will form part of the TechOps Delivery Side Lead Team alongside the TechOps Service Owners. As a lead team member, you will have a shared accountability for the overall success of the Delivery org.

The Team
The TechOps team was created following the IPO of Elanco, separating from Elancos previous parent company Eli Lilly & Company. TechOps is responsible for all IT Infrastructure across the enterprise and looking to take the opportunity to think differently, build for the future and leverage modern technologies, services and processes. Internally, we like to describe TechOps as a start-up within an enterprise! We have a strong culture encouraging openness, ownership & collaboration.
Logistics
The first stage is the application. After this, successful candidates will be invited to a 45min interview either in person or over web conference. Successful candidates from the first interview, will be invited to a further interview.
