Were looking for a JDEdwards E1 Business Analyst to be part of a growing global IT department who is a collaborative and experienced Business Solutions professional.

As a JDEdwards E1 Business Analyst, you will be an essential member of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfields IT Business Solutions Team. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from users, designing business processes, developing high level application designs with the technical teams, and serving as the liaison between the business and technical groups. To ensure Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield provides optimal experiences, this person will be skilled at learning the business at a detail level and leverage this knowledge to ensure the timely delivery of quality solutions to best meet the needs of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfields business objectives.

We are looking for aJDEdwards E1 Business Analystwith:

• Guide the initial analysis and assessment of proposed enhancements and on-going production support issues with existing JDE modules
• Work with business users to document and re-engineer business processes
• Gather and document detailed business requirements
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and data models
• Work with technical teams to develop prototypes and solutions
• Write user manuals and conduct training
• Test and QA applications before they are delivered to business users
• Provide project analysis support to project managers as needed
• Occasionally manage small scale projects
• Provide application support as needed

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• BA or BS from an accredited 4-year university, PMP a big plus
• At least 5 years of experience with JDE E1 Finance (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Job Cost)
• Property Management Module a big plus
• Extensive business analysis experience in large corporate environments.
• Experience with web-based application development
• Some experience leading small projects or teams
• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable dealing with a wide span of people from executive management to outsourced developers
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex technical information to non-technical business users
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adjust to frequent changes in requirements and deadlines
• Works independently with minimal supervision
