Manager of HR Large Product Fulfillment

The HR Business Partner Manager role, supporting Large Product Fulfillment is responsible for partnering with key business leaders to develop and implement Human Resource and leadership programs that focus on talent. This includes identifying and fulfilling talent needs, integrating, developing, assessing, and shaping decisions that deliver business results and meet the overall objectives of the enterprise.

This individual is responsible for assisting field and corporate leadership in building an environment that fully utilizes its employees. This is accomplished by focusing on engagement, diversity, innovation, effective succession planning, retention, and performance, thereby enabling an extraordinary employee and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs.
  • Partners with leaders and corporate partners to lead work in a variety of areas including talent pipeline, onboarding, assessment, integration, succession planning, performance management, organization design, and development.
  • Acts as a strategic partner in supporting business transformation as well as the employee experience.
  • Coaches leaders in aligning behaviors with our leadership expectations. Works towards increasing team effectiveness and enabling the development of employees across the organization. Results will be measured through increased engagement, productivity, and improved business results.
  • Acts as an effective change agent and knowledgeable business partner who can influence business decisions while representing the talent system.
  • Supports enterprise transformation and change initiatives and enables local implementation of behavior, culture, and organizational changes as needed.
  • Partners with the Centers of Expertise (COE) to learn and share opportunities for the deployment and enhancement of HR programs, policies, trends, and networks in service of the employee experience.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources , Leadership, Multi-unit Services/Supply Chain or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Services or Supply Chain experience
  • HR Certification
