Human Resources Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performance Management and Development

  • Performance Management System (PMS), delivery of training at various PMS stages, review the various ongoing PMS initiatives at an account level on PM. Engage and work with CoEs, BPHR, Managers, and Unit Delivery Leaders for various stages of the PM cycle. Ensure adherence to timelines, quality and process across the account and work with business and BHRs on normalization as applicable.

Career role profiling
  • On career role stream harmonization for the assigned account to the standard Infosys career architecture by doing job duties studies, monitor job descriptions, job evaluation data and related artifacts.

Career Management and Development
  • Various frameworks for promotions, role changes and career development. Create and facilitate training programs for various initiatives, review and guide the business on endorsing fresh initiatives for the account. Partner with L&D teams on the learning requirements for account / Leadership / Managers.

Succession Planning , High Potential identification and Pipeline Management
  • High potential identification taking relevant benchmarking inputs, review the various ongoing high potential identification initiatives, engage and work with BPHR, Managers, Unit Delivery Leaders

Retraining/ Reskilling and Redeployment:
  • With the business, monitor and review skill requirements, facilitate the short term talent requirements and Identify skills for training and support redeployment initiatives

Analytics & Reporting
  • Data analysis, come up with conclusions and ensure that all data requirements of the senior managers are readily available and completed in time for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with regards to OD areas for the account.

Other HR Projects and areas to support

  • The assigned account and Geo on other HR programs and areas as per requirement / needs of the function / business.



  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the job description.

  • Working experience in a HR Generalist or Business Partner - HR role including experience with o rganizational development and performance management
  • Ability to coach employees and managers in a solution-oriented manner which encourages positive outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and manage small projects - requires critical thinking, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be flexible and adapt to changing needs
  • Possess a sound understanding of employment laws and FLSA wage and hour regulations
  • Ability to work with numbers, presentations, analysis, MS Excel formulae and the Office 365 suite of applications
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements..
