    We are looking for: IT Solution Lead in a global, highly complex system landscape with the passion to drive significant business outcomes through technical skills and business acumen.

    Marketing IT, part of HPE Global IT is responsible for providing best in class IT solutions to
    enable HPE's customer and partner to do business seamlessly with HPE.
    The candidates will focus on supporting Marketing IT applications, collaborate with 3rd Party vendors and internal delivery teams on application support issues, defects and enhancement .     How youll make your mark:

    You will work closely with business partners to build business relationship.

    You will foster an environment that drives performance and quality in the areas of customer satisfaction,
    knowledge creations, technical expertise, and process improvement

    You will be hands on in coding and able to work with minimal supervision.
    You will be driving issue resolution during major incident
    You will ensure document run book for Level 4 support are up to date
    You will analyze and resolving production issues within SLA and provide RCA if required
    You will be responsible to defect fixing and enhancements
    You will drive small enhancement roadmap and release planning and management
    You will pay strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors
    You will monitor and maintain application environment
    You will recommend and automate application monitoring where applicable
    You will understand and represent Deployment/Run function of the new requirements design to check supportability/scalability/performance

    About You:
    You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
    You have key skills in understanding Java, .Net, SAP system integrations
    You have 2+ years experience in MNC IT Organization with J2EE and Java technologies, Spring, Servlet, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Micro Services/API knowledge.
    Experience in Service Now, ITSM Process, New Relic Application, will be a plus
    You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, proactive and go-getter
    You have a good grasp of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development, agile methodology
    You have experience with Application Performance Monitoring and code profiling
    You have understanding in Java / JEE , coding best practices.
    You have experience in CI and Dev Ops Understands Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
    You have experience with Marketing, eCommerce, CPQ and Order management business value chain.
    Knowledge in Adobe AEM is highly desireable
    Experience in Spring Integration, Caching, or any similar technology is a plus
    You have the flexibility to work hours in different time zones globally, where one would hand off work at the end of their workday, to another team who is starting their day on the other side of the world
