As a Technical recruiter at Infosys, you are a member of a global Talent Acquisition team that recruits top talent into a fast-paced and diverse global organization. In this role, you will partner with your team and the business to build a sourcing plan for the technical roles, explore methods of innovation, and expand your network to help hire top talent. You will be responsible for understanding the technical candidate market, bench marking, branding, vendor management, and ensure compliant hiring process through the full-cycle recruitment.

Other Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Meet with active and passive candidates to qualify them to enter interview process
  • Represent company brand and execute branding strategy with external stake holders and candidates
  • Market analysis, Bench marking and hiring trends
  • Reporting and Data analysis
  • Identify Talent Acquisition trends and gaps for quick suggestions and hiring the right talent
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment standard, compliance process within the team
  • Develop sourcing plan to meet the recruitment target
  • Vendor management and stake-holder management
  • Adherence to set standards to be process complaint, statutory and regulatory compliant


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in talent acquisition supporting high volume recruiting
  • Experience with full life-cycle recruitment in the technical arena utilizing various social networks (LinkedIn, MeetUp, technical groups, etc.)
  • Ability to source and manage a pipeline of active candidates through a multi-channel approach
  • Build and maintain networks of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Meet with active and passive candidates to qualify them to enter interview process
  • Experience developing and planning a sourcing and staffing plan for niche skills
  • Ability to deliver a world class candidate experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Manage day to day candidate and hiring metrics, and deliver on commitments to the business

  • Data analysis and interpretation of market trends
  • Good understanding of local laws, EEO and compliant hiring process
  • Experience working in a global environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
