About the role:

Join Takeda as on our Learning Management Operations Specialist where you will implement and then support our Global Learning Management System (LMS) in SAP SuccessFactors. As part of the Takeda Business Solutions team you will report to the Talent Acquisition and Learning Operations Senior Manager and work with our global network of core hubs and delivery centers to operate in a seamless, collaborative way to maximize value.

How you will contribute:

  • Administer our Global Learning Management System (LMS) in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide support and education for all LMS users and superusers including basic technical issues affecting learners and courses.
  • Supporting learning operations by building instructor led training (ILT), surveys, assessments, competencies, materials, and compliance reporting.
  • Assigning relevant instructor led training (ILT), online training (OLT) or materials, evaluations, surveys to LMS users per our requirements.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of the LMS by performing regular audits of the system and maintaining LMS performance support documentation (e.g. tip-sheets and user guides).
  • Ensure the quality launch of new learning content (e-learning, micro-learning, performance support tools, and Instructor-led courses)
  • Provide system support to team members and 50,000+ employees worldwide.
  • Oversee the end-user experience by analyzing challenges within the system that could negatively affect the learners' service encounter.
  • Use information to determine if there is a correlation to a systemic operational issue and report any recommendations or trends that could negatively affect the learners' experience (i.e., frequent log in issues from learners, learners who cannot get their class completion certificate, learners who have a link to a class that they are not registered for an LMS etc.).
  • Ensuring that all data entered in Learning Management System is accurate and reliable.
  • Report quarterly and year-end reports.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 3 plus years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System
  • Participation in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System implementation project and post-go-live stabilization
  • Experience supporting Learning Experience Platform (LXP)
  • Experience working with ServiceNow or another case management system experience
  • Experience working with global customer groups
