This position reports to the Director, Talent and Learning and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to administer, structure and maintain the Coke Florida Learning Management System (LMS). The LPX Specialist also conducts facilitated training events, content and material reviews, edits material and provides quality assurance and oversight of assigned projects. This role also assists with the design and development of SCORM compliant eLearning courses, instructor led courses, and performance support material for a variety of organizational and business programs and contributes to the design and development of interactive programs, including graphic elements, animation, and interactions; writing content; and programming eLearning courses.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities within the Coke Florida Learning Management System (LMS), including, but not limited to content upload and assignment, class scheduling and registrations, creation and management of curricula, creating, running and scheduling progress and needs reports, and curation of content
  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience's training needs
  • Partner with subject matter experts and enthusiasts to create meaningful learning and performance support
  • Ability to partner and consult with all levels of the organization to identify and solve performance needs
  • Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
  • Maintain project documentation and course folder
  • Design exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
  • Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually
  • Partner with external vendors

Role Requirements

  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong Proficiency with commonly used eLearning authoring tools, specifically Articulate Storyline
  • Solid knowledge of at least one Learning Management System
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
  • Devotion to developing positive, successful, and interactive customer and partner relationships
  • A strong affinity toward the Brand, be an advocate for CCBF and desire to help the organization succeed
  • 2+ years' experience in instructional design, training and/or performance consultant roles
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Human Performance, or applicable field preferred
