Primary duties:

Verify part number and quantity to be run with the order located on the production schedule. Process good quality batteries down shipping line that meet the acceptability quality to be processed. Ability to operate, make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and machines. Decorate batteries to Clarios and Customer specifications and may include palletizing to hi-rise racks or run to order per production schedule.
Assists in training new team members.

Keep area clean and orderly

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)

Ensure machine guards are in place before operating equipment

Complete Basic Attention to Equipment (BAES) daily, weekly, and monthly

Required to perform all positions on the line. Make minor repairs as necessary, contact maintenance and supervisor when trouble beyond their control occurs.

2nd Shift position from 2:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M., 5 days a week (Monday is the start of the work week), may be required to work overtime and weekends as needed, and come in early or stay late depending on production demands.

3rd Shift position from 10:00 P.M. to 6:30 A.M., 5 days a week (Sunday is the start of the work week), may be required to work overtime and weekends as needed, and come in early or stay late depending on production demands.
