With the roots of a railroad town, our Hager City, Wisconsin factory has been proudly producing for over 50 years. Hager City is 50 minutes southeast of the Twin Cities along the Great River Road Scenic Highway. Our growing factory, of 60 employees support the production of wet and dry coatings for many of our pet food brands.

As a Maintenance Class A, you will manage preventative and predictive maintenance, while improving functionality and of our manufacturing equipment and machinery. You'll handle projects within electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatics and welding responsibilities. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Follow all Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policies and Programs

• 
  Knowledge of Mechanical and Electricity - troubleshoot, repair, and replace bearings, gearboxes, and electrical problems and install parts on all machinery, including 120V, 220V, or 460V.

• 
  Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, boiler maintenance, blueprint reading, Forklift operation, power generation and instrumentation, and PLC knowledge

• 
  General equipment operations, including drills, grinders, plumbing, steam fitting, computer operation, and general sanitation duties.

• 
  All other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum):

Education:

• High School Diploma / GED
  

Experience:

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment OR a two year technical degree completed
