The HR Data Analytics & Technology Team supports our People & Culture strategy and functional teams by bringing HR data to life, and by using technology to make our people practices more efficient and impactful. The HR Data Analytics & Technology manager will have responsibility for leading a team of data and technology analysts as well as implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our HR data and technology with a focus on ensuring data integrity and scalability. The level of work is considered advanced and the incumbent must be able to work under minimal supervision. This position has direct reports.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the People & Culture leadership to set a strategy and agenda for the HR Data Analytics & Technology team.
  • Interprets data to unearth trends, relationships, and root causes to develop and deliver effective analytics reports and dashboards that will positively impact people practices and processes throughout People & Culture.
  • Develops advances analysis tools to gather, examine and report multiple variations of datasets from internal and external sources to uncover new trends, patterns, and predictive variables that can be translated into metrics and indicators for business decisions.
  • Support and oversee software/application management, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Communicate results and insights in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience.
  • Stay knowledgeable about new processes, technology, and best practices in data science and HR technology.
  • Ensure compliance, data security and privacy requirements.
  • Oversee staff by providing direction, developing, retaining, and motivating direct reports.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Python, R, SAS) to develop workforce analytics, dashboards and reports for stakeholders including executives and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated managerial skills including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
  • 5+ years of work experience in HR data reporting and analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, HR Information Systems or related field preferred.
