TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Manager - Talent Management in Atlanta, GA.

TK Elevator North America is currently searching for an experienced Talent Management manager to lead our performance management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in North America and to be part of the global talent development team. Reporting to the Director of SEED CAMPUS, TKE's learning and development group, this role focuses on operational and strategic aspects of talent management in North America

Essential Functions

  • Benchmarks best practices, both internally and externally, and recommends solutions to address identified needs related to talent development and employee engagement
  • Works with HR and Business Leaders to implement a combination of core learning and development solutions targeted at emerging, front-line, mid- and senior level leaders, which are aligned with business needs
  • Stays abreast of trends and emerging practices to ensure competitive practices and recommends the necessary changes/modifications to ensure performance excellence stays relevant and continues to meet the business objectives
  • Manages leadership development data, including reporting, within the global leadership database
  • Delivers learning and information sessions as needed
  • Gathers, tracks and reports various talent development metrics
  • Manage the administration and reporting of professional development tools such as 360-degree assessments
  • Analyze and summarize employee data such as talent reviews, successor charts, and professional development plans; suggest possible actions based on conclusions and trends
  • Manage the Graded leader talent development process to support succession planning objectives and prepare BU for growth
  • Develop and implement succession planning and development programs for all management and key positions below the graded level

Performance Management
  • Coordinate and execute the performance management cyclical process and tools
  • Create reference guides and training templates for managers, employees, and HR
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to prepare and deploy cyclical process communications throughout the business
  • Aggregate performance evaluation data to identify broad patterns and training needs
  • Serve as a process SME for escalated questions from HR

Employee Engagement
  • Act as BU administrator for enterprise-wide employee engagement survey
  • Contributes to the overall engagement strategy
  • Lead the execution and communication as it relates to employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensuring reporting and validation of follow-up measures
  • Coordination of action planning process and tracking of progress toward completion
  • Be a contributing member of the global diversity and inclusion team to ensure our talent management strategy supports the organization's mission statement

Diversity & Inclusion
  • In partnership with HR colleagues and business leaders, ensures that diversity agendas are successfully implemented and in-line with businesses objectives
  • Developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee understanding of inclusiveness
  • Reviews current policies and procedures for inclusivity
  • Partners with Recruiting and other Centers of Expertise to promote continued dedication to building talent pipelines for underrepresented groups and an inclusive hiring process
  • Supporting and guiding the recruitment team to help create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes bias in the hiring process

Who we are looking for

  • 7+ years of successful experience driving results within all areas of talent management
  • 4-year degree required
  • 4+ years' TM/TD experience working in a large organization
  • 4+ years' experience managing initiatives in a large, matrixed environment
  • 2+ years' experience managing performance management and engagement survey initiatives
