The Marketing and Growth Manager is responsible for establishing marketing programs and campaigns to drive new opportunities for sales. This role will be focused on developing and executing, along with the Digital Marketing and Content Marketing teams, strategic marketing initiatives across the B2B (primary) and B2C (secondary) channels. The position will use data and input from the company business units and sales leaders to launch new vertical and market opportunities to the field. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develops marketing plans for new market entry, new product launches and new vertical market growth in collaboration with the companys business leads and product teams. Plans would include market research, opportunity assessment, marketing programs, sales tools, marketing channel recommendations and ROI analysis. Works with the marketing team, including the digital, brand and content primes, to execute these plans.

  • Grows commercial market share through launches into new markets diversifying our customer mix and expanding our brand into new profitable vertical markets. Works with the products teams to identify and package products that are competitive and differentiated.

  • Manages and maintains the marketing pipeline within our CRM, Microsoft D365. Identifies and launches programs for upsell and cross sell to existing customers to support retention efforts. Define customer journeys for nurturing campaigns and customer outreach.

  • Engages branch leaders and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities regionally. Works with branch leads, sales, products and the rest of market to execute programs. May require selling ideas to teams for buy in and ownership for sales execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7 years general marketing experience

  • 5 years commercial marketing experience

  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Possess a valid drivers license

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • Ability to travel, as needed

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to operate computer, phone and other office equipment as needed

  • Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time

  • Ability to sit/stand at workstation for extended periods of time

  • Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
