ERM is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to be part of the North America Marketing Team and to work with our Service Leads and commercial leadership team to develop and implement client-focused integrated marketing plans that drive high value client discussions that lead to new & strategic opportunities for growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the business in marketing, communication and sales support activities.

Collaborate with consultants to develop and implement marketing strategies and activities based on commercial priorities and needs. Direct and/or participate in all aspects of marketing planning including planning, researching and executing of steps/tasks to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsible for the quality and consistency of the companys professional image in all client communications, events, pursuits and collateral material.

Support marketing and business development activities, from client and opportunity research to marketing strategies management, including various levels of activities from national to office based needs.

Demonstrate self-initiative, positive team attitude, technical quality and creativity, and ability to successfully juggle multiple deadline-driven initiatives and other tasks. Be flexible in changing priorities and work seamlessly with the consulting staff.

Experience:

3-10+ years of experience in marketing/communications at a professional services firm

Experience with events planning, campaigns, initiatives, content development

Extensive experience with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with Graphics, Adobe Creative Suite, and SharePoint, a plus

Experience with Salesforce or another equivalent CRM database

Limited business travel may be required

Job Requirements:

Experience in environmental consulting or architecture and/or engineering firm.

A self-starter who can coordinate and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Have the ability to adjust to change and refocus on priorities based on company direction.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong organizational, writing/researching/editing, and time management skills in order to juggle multiple tasks with differing deadlines.

Have the ability to work within a team, marketing or technical groups, to move projects forward on time and budget. Elevate challenges issues to management appropriately. Provide insights and input on processes and decisions.

Incorporate feedback into future performance and be self-aware of opportunities for growth.
